Some tips for those who cannot sleep at night (insomnia)


Hi everyone!!!


I'm sure there are a lot of people out there who suffer from this problem...who's fault????? i got some tips to share with u all...

  • clean your body or feet...don't sleep without taking bath after having class or hang out everywhere....seriously,you cannot sleep well with that condition.


  • don't listen to music when you are ready to sleep....(this tip is from dr.fadhilah kamsah) we cannot sleep tightly  with the musics or songs flying or floating around in our mind...

  • don't eat too late at night...take your dinner before 9p.m at night....we cannot sleep well with our stomach full with foods and it works very hard to digest the foods that we consume...we can also keep our body healthy.

  • do not think too much about our problems....if we have any problem,solve it or share it with our friends or family...if not,we might have bad nightmare...it can also make us feel unwell..

  • forgive the others mistakes....before sleep,make sure that you forgive all your friends or the others  mistakes...although it is really hard sometimes to forgive the others,but we can try....

  • don't take caffeine.....caffeine can help us to stay up in the night(i always practice this during my school time to study.....


actually,there are still a lot,but for this time...only these points come and cross in my mind...hopefully it can help us to have a sweet dream and sleep tightly..^_^

on how to be energetic in the morning...
and some of it...related to yours...

ps: my problem was...it's hard for me to force myself to sleep...
i only gets to sleep when i'm tired enough...
